The Unlock Equality team brings together equality advocates, digital innovators, HR experts, and adult educators from across Europe. Together, we are developing practical, research-based tools to help organisations identify and dismantle workplace gender inequality.
From Denmark to Malta, Croatia to the Netherlands, we believe real impact begins with self-awareness, legal clarity, and shared responsibility. Our mission is to move beyond good intentions and empower change-makers with the resources they need to create workplaces that are safe, fair, and inclusive for all.
Our Core Team

Emanuele Musa
Expert in open innovation, lean startup and design thinking. Emanuele is a speaker at numerous international conferences and has trained over 500 social ventures across 15 countries, supporting entrepreneurs in transforming ideas into scalable and sustainable businesses. He combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bridging innovation methodology with real market application.

Ruxandra Creosteanu
Highly numerate and with a strong analytical background, she is an ex sustainability consultant at Deloitte and a true change-agent at heart. She provides engagement and sustainability consulting to large organisations, helping them design and implement initiatives that create measurable impact and align business objectives with broader societal and environmental goals.
Sintija Danenbergsone
Project Manager experienced in coordinating national and international cooperation projects focused on business development, skills, sustainability, and inclusive growth. She works closely with companies and partners to turn ideas into practical solutions that create real value. She contributes to initiatives that strengthen competitiveness, innovation, capacity building, and fair workplaces.

Sarah Tannoux
Assistant Project Manager with experience in international and cross-cultural environments. Sarah is interested in how different cultural contexts shape collaboration and workplace dynamics. She supports projects that promote gender equality, awareness, and practical tools for building inclusive and balanced workplaces across Europe.

Lotte Duursma
Expert in inclusive design and equality-driven innovation. Lotte transforms big ideas about fairness into practical tools, training materials, and simple daily habits for SMEs and educators. She leads project design, develops resource repositories, and facilitates international sessions, ensuring usable and inclusive solutions that help organisations act on bias consistently.

Flore van der Linde
Project assistant involved in Erasmus+ initiatives and international cooperation projects. Flore supports the coordination of educational activities and cross-border partnerships. She is committed to promoting equal opportunities and inclusive environments, particularly in diverse and multicultural settings.

Marija Kupi
Special education expert with experience supporting children and young people, including those with developmental disabilities. She is committed to inclusion and accessibility, focusing on educational approaches and materials that respect diverse needs and enable meaningful participation for all.

Anika Hodak
Programme and project coordinator with experience in education, culture, and social inclusion. She works with communities and partners on initiatives that connect creativity, learning, and inclusive practices, promoting equality and accessibility in both educational and professional settings.

Nikola Kupi
IT specialist and coordinator of STEAM initiatives for children and young people. Nikola combines technology and education to develop practical digital tools that foster innovation, learning, and inclusion. He focuses on creating accessible solutions that support equitable and engaging learning environments.
