About Unlock Equality

Behind every meaningful change is a committed, cross-border team

Here we are...

The Unlock Equality team brings together equality advocates, digital innovators, HR experts, and adult educators from across Europe. Together, we are developing practical, research-based tools to help organisations identify and dismantle workplace gender inequality.

From Denmark to Malta, Croatia to the Netherlands, we believe real impact begins with self-awareness, legal clarity, and shared responsibility. Our mission is to move beyond good intentions and empower change-makers with the resources they need to create workplaces that are safe, fair, and inclusive for all.
