The Unlock Equality project empowers employers, educators, and change-makers to address gender-based discrimination at work. By turning research into actionable tools, we help organisations build fairer, more inclusive environments — from recruitment to leadership.

Together with partners in Denmark, Croatia, Malta, and the Netherlands, we’re closing the gap between policy and practice through case studies, self-assessment tools, and workplace transformation guides. 

Our Goals

Project Outcomes

  • Bad Practice Repository: A collection of real-world gender inequality cases drawn from four countries, exposing everyday bias, exclusion, and institutional gaps — and how to spot them.

  • Interactive Digital Toolbox:  A multilingual platform offering checklists, diagnostics, and planning tools to support inclusive change in organisations, built on European legal standards.

  • Equality Training Modules: Modular learning content to train managers and staff on workplace rights, inclusive policies, and how to shift from compliance to real culture change.

  • Sustainability & Transfer Plan: A long-term strategy to integrate project tools into ongoing equality efforts, vocational education programs, and public policy networks across Europe.
